We're growing our clinical team, and we're glad to hear from both fully licensed therapists and clinicians still in training.

This is a psychodynamically-oriented group practice in Flatiron. The thing that makes it different is what you don't have to do: no hunting for clients, no chasing insurers, no evenings lost to billing. You do the clinical work, and we take care of the rest.

What we provide

  • All client referrals

    We're in-network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem (BCBS), Cigna, Health First, and Oxford, so caseloads build steadily. Most therapists will have multiple patients in their first week.

  • Full administrative support

    Scheduling, insurance verification, and billing are handled by our front office.

  • Free weekly individual supervision

    With experienced psychoanalytic supervisors, plus group supervision and ongoing case seminars, at no cost to you.

  • Flexible hybrid scheduling

    A mix of in-person sessions at our Flatiron office and telehealth, arranged around your availability.

  • Opportunities for growth

    Including exposure to practice operations and a path toward full licensure.
