Couples and Family Therapy - In Person and Remote

Our practice is based on the foundations of psychoanalytic theory to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We find that incorporating executive coaching into sessions (as appropriate) greatly assists with focusing on the “here and now”. We believe that working collaboratively to untangle confusing thoughts and patterns helps individuals move towards more gratifying lives. Our thoughts and insights, however, serve only as a guide as psychotherapy is all about each individual’s needs. Let’s explore and discover those needs together.
