Hannah Dezzani, MS, MFT
Hannah works with individuals and couples, offering an attuned and collaborative space for those who want to explore their emotional experiences, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen their relationships. She brings a warm, reflective presence to her work, supporting people through life transitions, relational stress, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift.
Grounded in systemic and psychodynamic approaches, Hannah helps individuals and couples understand how early experiences, attachment patterns, and family dynamics shape present-day emotions and relationships. She believes that meaningful change grows from increased insight, compassion, and awareness. Hannah works to create space for people to make choices that feel more aligned with their values and grounded in a clearer, deeper sense of self.
Hannah is a Marriage and Family Psychotherapist and holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Graduate School of Marriage and Family Therapy and Psychology, a COAMFTE-accredited program.
